The BLACK Promotion (TBP) is a platform that specializes in employing quality members of the African diaspora into Houston’s black kitchens. Its mission is to help change our narrative by keeping our culture intact, through co-operative economics in our neighborhoods, and by giving our a community members a chance to become greater. Employment includes but not limited to chefs, cooks, general managers, waiters/waitresses, greeters, cashiers, etc.

TBP partners with local churches, schools, and community initiatives to find quality members of the community who posses leadership qualities, great interpersonal skills, and good work ethics.
